Access Request
1. How can I get access to the Toyota Gazoo Racing Shop?
If you are an official dealer/NMSC or from TME, head to the login page (👤). You will need to submit an Access Request by filling in your professional details and billing information. If you face an issue, please contact TGR.merch@d-sidegroup.com to request an access.
2. How can I change my personal information or reset my password?
Head to the login page (👤), and click on "Information". Once there, you can change your information or reset your password.
3. How can I change my addresses?
Head to the login page (👤), and click on "Your addresses". Once there, you can change your information – update your address or delete your address.
Payment
1. What are the payment methods?
You can pay with secured transaction: VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact, Maestro, BC, with bank transfer or Purchase order.
2. Where can I find the bank transfer details?
All bank transfer details are mentioned in the order confirmation sent by email after purchasing on the webshop: Toyota Gazoo Racing Shop: BE61 2100 9009 0117 – BIC: GEBABEBB. Communication: please mention your dealer's name and order number.
3. Is VAT included?
All prices mentioned on the website are VAT excluded (VAT is calculated according to the billing country) and don't include the shipping costs or any applicable duties, unless otherwise stated. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).
Order
1. Where can I find the size chart for the clothing?
You will find these specifications on each clothes' product page – under the price.
2. How do I know if you have received my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order. Your order number will be mentioned on the email. This information will also be available on your customer zone (👤). Once your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and final invoice, which is also available on your customer zone (👤).
3. I received an order confirmation, but I didn't receive the shipment yet.
Once you have placed your order, it is confirmed in our system. However, note that we will only send the shipment as soon as we receive the payment or at least a proof of payment.
4. Where can I find all my orders and invoices?
When you are logged in on your account, click on your account icon (👤) to access the "Order history" page. There, you can find a status of your orders.
5. Order cancellation
Orders cancelled by the customer after confirmation are not eligible for refund or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. How can I check if a product is available?
Product availability is indicated on each product page. You can ask to be notified by email once the product is back in stock.
Delivery
1. What are the delivery methods?
Indicative delivery times are as follows:
- Express delivery: 1–3 working days
- Economy delivery: 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and are non-binding. Delays shall not give rise to any right to compensation, cancellation, or damages. Delivery times indicated do not include weekends, holidays, bank holidays, or delays caused by customs clearance or other events beyond our control. Once we receive your payment, your order will be prepared, and you will receive a tracking number with your final invoice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination and order volume.
Returns
1. The delivery is not in conformity with my order, what can I do?
Please send an email including a detailed description and supporting photographs to TGR.merch@d-sidegroup.com within 5 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For more details, please check the Terms and Conditions.
2. Can I return one or several products?
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from d-side SA.
Return conditions:
- Request submitted within 5 working days of receipt
- Products unused, complete, and in original packaging
- Return shipment arranged and paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed
No returns will be accepted for:
- Clothing
- Customised or personalised products
- Limited editions or special-event items
- Products showing signs of use or damage

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Withdrawal Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised products
- Limited editions or special-event items
- Products showing signs of use or damage
Returns must:
- Be requested by email within the withdrawal period
- Include unused products in original packaging
- Be approved prior to shipment
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
