Return Form Upon Revocation – Consumers B2C

Every consumer who purchases goods at a distance is entitled to revoke the agreement within 14 days. More information about the right of revocation can be found in the general conditions. The consumer is requested to use this return form to (1) unequivocally report to the seller that he wishes to invoke the right of revocation (Part 1) and (2) add the form to the goods that the consumer is returning to the seller in exercising his right of revocation (Part 2).
